The time to buy is now and the San Diego Real Estate Market is RED HOT! I know it may not feel like it when you look at the value of your existing home and you listen to the terrible news, but I am seeing an amazing transformation in this real estate market.
Here is what is happening: Purchase prices have substantially decreased, at the same time rental rates have increased and vacancy factors have declined. The market is now ripe for investors to make a healthy return on their cash by buying and renting their properties out.
Smart investors are not depending on appreciation, but only on the “cash on cash” return. Their returns are dwarfing anything they can get in the “crazy” stock market, without the volatility and they are 100% in control of their own destiny. It does not get any better than that.
